Rick Callaway is one of co-founders of the NCPF and has been on its board since its inception in 1998. He is currently president. Rick and his wife Christine have lived in Walnut Creek since 1982 and have four children. He has served on the board for Walnut Creek

Little League, Founding Board Member Walnut Creek Fountain for Youth Foundation, Northgate Athletic Boosters, and currently serves on the Executive Committee Mount Diablo Region YMCA He has coached youth soccer, baseball and basketball teams in the community since 1986. Rick works as a commercial insurance broker in the family owned firm of West Callaway Stotka.
